The focal point of the house is the fabulous kitchen/diner which has a snug at one end. This enormous room, with a real holiday atmosphere, has doors which lead out to the small courtyard with a patio and a covered area complete with garden furniture. The master bedroom and the second floor double bedroom have views across the roof tops to the beach and pier.
A five minute walk will take you to the gently sloping award-wining beach with promenade and pier, or for a change try the outdoor pool at the Lido which is right next to the beach. Teignmouth also offers a wonderful selection of activities, shops, pubs and restaurants. With the train station and passenger ferry to Shaldon within easy walking distance this a holiday spot where you can really unwind.
